1994: Moonlit Carnival
A downloadable game
Lo-Fi Horror Carnival RPG
The Moonlit Carnival has made its annual journey to your small town and people from far and wide have come to take part in the festivities. There are many things for you to do, and the big show begins right at dusk.
Every year, in the wake of the carnival the newspapers will report an increase in missing persons. A mere coincidence, we assure you.
So grab your friends, play some games, and prepare for the show of a lifetime.
Based on the 24XX rules by Jason Tocci. 1994: Moonlit Carnival is a 4 page micro survival-horror RPG. Take on the persona of either a hapless spectator, or a carnival employee. Spend the Daytime phase playing fun carnival games to prepare you for Nighfall, where the nightmares come out to play.

The phase-based play here is super cool! I really love this. Just one question: what does Advantage refer to the few times it comes up?
Huh, I apparently missed including that. It's "roll your skill die twice and take the higher".
I'll fix that in the pdf this week, thank you!
